Key Features

  • "Self-hardening'' wear-resistant overlay engineered for abrasion and abrasion combined with medium impact
  • Alloy chemistry provides good resistance to spalling and chipping
  • Special low hydrogen coating minimises dilution and helps to eliminate underbead cracking
  • Use on carbon steel and low alloy steels
  • Can be used out-of-position and with all types of AC or DC equipment
  • Typical applications include excavator parts, screw conveyors, elevator bucket lips, dozer and grader blades, dragline and shovel buckets - just to mention a few!
  • Hardness: 56-58 Rc
  • Available in 3.2mm and 4.0mm
